"I decided that to be fair, I would give it a try for three months. That was in 1995 and I'm still there." This quote by IVC co-founder, along with two beautiful pictures of IVC volunteers, was featured in the Experience in Action 2006 Calendar created by Civic Ventures and the Gerontological Society of America. Ignatian Lay Volunteer Corps comes to LA

Jennifer Mangali had never heard of the Ignatian Lay Volunteer Corps until she was working on her master's degree in theology earlier this year at Jesuit-run Loyola Marymount University.
